Choose a child and sessions
Submit one registration per child and select all the event dates you would like to book, up to 10 sessions in one form. Use the same parent mobile and email when returning so we can match your existing family records. Your form creates a booking request; it does not by itself confirm a place or enrol your child in ongoing student care.
The programme page and each selected session describe the date, time, intended age group, inclusions and fee. Fees apply to each selected session. Our team reviews suitability and availability for each date and confirms the applicable total before confirming your places.
Fees, pairing and payment
Advertised sibling or friend offers apply only to the stated event and conditions. Enter the other child’s name in the pairing field. Each child’s guardian should provide their own child’s information and acknowledgement. Our team checks the pair and confirms the applicable total.
If payment has already been made, you may attach its reference or screenshot. A screenshot is evidence for review, not automatic payment verification. If you have not received payment instructions, submit your request and wait for the team to confirm the amount and payment details.
For changes, cancellations or refund questions, contact us so we can confirm the conditions applicable to your event before you pay.
Care and collection
Provide accurate allergy/dietary information, a reachable emergency contact and the name and relationship of the collecting adult. For parent-accompanied events, state who will stay with the child. Write “None” for allergies only if that is correct. Include relevant care information and tell us promptly if anything changes.
Registration does not replace the team’s care review or any further information needed before attendance. Please remain contactable during the event and follow the agreed collection arrangements.
Your information and choices
ProgressLab uses the details submitted to administer the event, review care arrangements, communicate about the booking, reconcile payment and maintain accurate parent, family and child records. Returning registrations are matched internally where possible; uncertain matches are reviewed by our team.

Selecting an optional programme interest asks us to follow up about that interest. Future event/programme updates are a separate optional choice, and you can ask us to stop them at any time. Event registration does not grant photo/video marketing permission or consent to recurring Experiences charges.
Booking acknowledgement
By checking the event acknowledgement, you confirm that you are the parent/legal guardian, or authorised to make the booking; that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge; and that you understand the request, review and confirmation process described here.
Our team will confirm availability, care arrangements and the applicable fee/payment before confirming each selected place.
