PGL ProgressLab

MAKE ROOM FOR CHILDHOOD

Experiences that belong
inside the week.

Sport, music, stories, making and discovery—thoughtfully integrated around core student-care routines.

A RECURRING WEEKLY RHYTHM

More than an occasional enrichment

Our Experiences are woven into the student-care week, so discovery is familiar, accessible and easier for families to sustain.

Mon

BI-WEEKLY

Perk Me Up Monday™

Every other Monday, children begin the week with an active or real-world experience. Sessions may include tennis, basketball, golf, yoga, practical life or social-emotional learning—giving children an energising reset after the school day.

Programmes are selected for age-appropriateness, participation and the confidence that comes from trying something new.

Fri

EVERY WEEK

Friday Discovery Lab™

Every Friday, the centre shifts into hands-on discovery. Specialist partners and the PGL team bring stories, music, STEM, creative making, early literacy and practical-life themes into experiences children can touch, discuss and remember.

The Lab gives children a meaningful close to the school week: curious, social and connected to the world beyond worksheets.

HOW PARTICIPATION WORKS

Included by default. Choice stays with parents.

Children are auto-enrolled in the Experience scheduled for their cohort. This keeps access simple and lets the group prepare for a shared experience together.

Parents may opt out.

If a family does not want their child to join a particular programme that week, they may opt out within the notice period. The weekly programme notice will share the activity and any relevant arrangements.

TUESDAY–THURSDAY

Learning Lab

Guided practice, project work and small-group support complement homework routines and build independence between the week’s signature experiences.

WHY AUTO-ENROLMENT

Less admin, wider access

Parents do not have to register repeatedly, while children have a predictable opportunity to explore. The opt-out remains available for family preference.

PGL COORDINATION

One coherent experience

Independent partners bring specialist expertise; ProgressLab coordinates scheduling, the centre environment and the overall experience.

DISCOVERY IN RELATIONSHIP

Children learn differently when an adult is truly present.

Real materials, attentive educators and space for questions turn an activity into an experience that stays with a child.

OUR PARTNER CIRCLE

Specialists, coordinated by PGL

Independent programme partners bring their expertise; ProgressLab retains responsibility for the overall centre experience and coordination.

THE PRINCIPLE

Childhood and academics are not opposites.

Children still need clear routines, practice and responsibility. They also need movement, imagination, connection and opportunities to apply what they know. A strong week makes room for both.
