Venie is responsible for ProgressLab’s business strategy, financial stewardship, partnerships and long-term development. Her banking and financial-services background shapes a commercially disciplined operating model designed to serve families responsibly for the long term.

She has supported local and international students from schools including RGPS, SCGS, SJIJ, CHS, ACSJ, CHIJ, Rosyth, Tao Nan, SAIS, SJII, SAS, UWC and Dover Court. Through The Maths Café, she tailors one-to-one coaching to each learner's needs and helps children build a useful head start in learning.
