The education team guides academic support and reviews what a child needs. Facilitators help children settle, organise their work and take part in daily routines under educational guidance.
Use PGL WhatsApp 8098 0781 to arrange a visit or request a conversation with the education team. For an unresolved concern, email operations@progresslab.sg and request a review by the person responsible for centre operations.
Venie focuses on organisational direction, TAIP development and strategic partnerships. Educational judgments and reports remain the responsibility of educators.
Before enrolment, ask us to confirm the people supporting your child, your routine contact and the escalation route in writing.

A child who struggles to begin a task may need a different explanation, a smaller first step or time to reset. Educators choose the response and check whether it helps.
Describe the task, context and difficulty without labelling the child.
Try an appropriate strategy, such as modelling the first step or breaking work into parts.
Note what the child did and how much help was still needed.
Revisit the task, adjust the support and discuss useful next steps with parents.
TAIP™ gives this observation-and-follow-through process a shared framework. It supports educational planning, not clinical assessment, diagnosis or guaranteed outcomes.
04 / WHAT YOU HEAR FROM US
A useful update explains what your child worked on, what was difficult, what helped and what needs another look.
Relevant observations may be brought together in a Learning and Behavioural Progress Report. Educators interpret the observations and remain responsible for the report.
Discuss the update format and review arrangements at enrolment. A concern can also be raised through PGL’s existing contact channels.

The core programme shares a centre, afternoon routine and regular resources. Pickup is planned for designated routes. Separately priced services let families discuss additional support without assuming that every child needs it.
Monthly fees support ongoing operating costs. They do not amount to a guarantee of continuity. If you have a concern, request current written information about service-change notice, care arrangements and any applicable refund terms before enrolling. Family withdrawal terms should not be read as a centre-closure policy.
06 / PGL & TAIP
PGL provides the care and educational support. TAIP™ is the educational framework used to organise observations, support strategies and review. Digital tools are being developed to help the team document and coordinate this work.
Venie leads that development and the organisational partnerships around it. Families receive support through their education team; a parent does not need to use a technology platform to understand their child’s afternoon.
TAIP Core supports the learner across Foundations (P1–P2), the P3–P4 transition and Readiness (P5–P6). These stages guide age-appropriate support rather than automatic assessments.
