A warm introduction in four steps
No public referral link and no pressure to sell—just a genuine family introduction made with permission.
Ask permission
Check that the parent is comfortable receiving information about ProgressLab.
Make the introduction
Share our website or business WhatsApp, or introduce both parties in a message.
Name the referrer
The new family states the referring parent’s full name during their first enquiry or before enrolment confirmation.
Receive confirmation
After the child completes the qualifying milestone, PGL confirms the reward bundle in writing.
Privacy first: Please do not share another parent’s contact details or information about their child without permission. They may contact ProgressLab directly and simply quote your name.
WHAT COUNTS
Clear eligibility. Fair recognition.
The perk recognises a new introduction that leads to a completed enrolment—not an existing enquiry or duplicate claim.
For a referral to qualify
- A genuinely new familyThey are not already enrolled or in active enquiry discussions with PGL.
- Referral recorded earlyThe referrer is named during the first enquiry or before enrolment is confirmed.
- Enrolment milestone completedThe family enrols, pays the required fees and deposit, and completes the first full paid month.
- Active referring familyThe referrer remains enrolled and their account is in good standing when the credit is issued.
Important boundaries
- No self or household referralsSibling, same-household, paid-marketing and duplicate claims do not qualify.
- Placement is still assessedA referral does not guarantee admission, transport, staffing suitability or a particular fee.
- First recorded introductionIf two families name the same referral, PGL reviews the enquiry history and confirms the outcome in writing.
- Non-cash benefitCredits and rewards are non-transferable and cannot create a cash refund.
REDEMPTION
How your perks are used
Every reward is confirmed in writing, making the value and next step clear.
Family Credit
Valid for 12 months from issue and applied to a future eligible After School Care invoice. It cannot reduce the enrolment deposit.
PMU & FDL
Complimentary sessions require advance booking and remain subject to the published schedule, suitability and availability.
Dining vouchers
Muted and Cheeselads vouchers carry no minimum spend. The redemption details and validity issued with each voucher apply.
The Family Referral Perk is subject to written confirmation and may be amended or withdrawn with notice. Previously acknowledged qualifying referrals will be administered under their applicable written terms. Special event or Open House promotions, when offered, have separate eligibility and reward schedules.
