The enrolment payment includes the first month’s fee, a deposit and any applicable registration fee. Optional tuition is quoted separately. PGL Experiences are billed monthly where applicable, with an opt-out according to programme notice; holiday or special-event bookings may carry separate fees. Late collection is S$5 per 15 minutes. Ask us to set out the applicable charges for your chosen arrangement before committing.

Arrival, collection and communication arrangements should be agreed for your child before care begins. Contact the team to confirm the current update channel, timing, named contact and authorised collection arrangements in writing. For children using transport, discuss the route and handover points as part of that conversation.

Daily student care supports homework, routines and the wider afternoon. Tell us about existing tuition and school commitments so we can discuss a workable timetable. Any tuition at PGL, including a request involving your own tutor, requires a separate agreement on suitability, space, timing and fees.

ProgressLab is an after school care centre with strong academic support built into every day. Children receive structured homework guidance, spelling and 听写 practice, and small-group support from qualified educators. For deeper subject intervention, exam preparation or one-to-one attention, private tuition can be arranged separately.

Tuition usually focuses on one subject for a fixed lesson. PGL supports the whole after-school stretch: school pickup, meals, homework, academic practice, routines, emotional regulation and meaningful experiences. Our educators see how a child starts, persists, responds to mistakes and asks for help—not only whether the final answer is correct.

Yes. For children approaching the upper-primary years, we can place greater emphasis on subject gaps, revision habits, exam preparation and independent work. Where small-group after school care support is not enough, we will discuss optional one-to-one private tuition honestly with the family.

Yes. English spelling and Chinese 听写 practice form part of our daily academic support. Children can bring their school-assigned word lists so we can guide preparation and revision alongside homework and other learning tasks.

We help children organise, understand and work through their priority homework—without doing it for them. The aim is responsible completion today and stronger independence over time. When repeated difficulty reveals a deeper learning gap, our team can recommend an appropriate next step rather than repeatedly supplying answers.

No. Childhood and academics are not opposites. Children still need meals, movement, play, friendships and time to reset after school. PGL places focused learning inside a balanced afternoon rhythm so children can make progress without spending the entire day in another classroom.

Routes are planned around nearby schools such as Hong Wen, Farrer Park, Bendemeer Primary and St Andrew’s, subject to demand, schedule and final written confirmation.
