COMMON QUESTIONS
A clearer first conversation
Is ProgressLab a tuition centre?
No. ProgressLab is a structured after-school student-care environment. Academic support is part of the daily rhythm, alongside meals, transitions, wellbeing and meaningful experiences.
Will you complete my child’s homework?
We support children to organise, understand and work through their priority homework. Our goal is responsible completion and growing independence—not doing the work for them.
Which schools can you pick up from?
Routes are planned around nearby schools such as Hong Wen, Farrer Park, Bendemeer Primary and St Andrew’s, subject to demand, schedule and final written confirmation.
How does parent visibility work?
Parents receive useful communication about routines, progress and relevant learning patterns. TAIP-supported observations are educational and non-clinical.
Can my child join only the holiday programme?
Yes. School-holiday programmes may be booked independently, subject to age suitability and availability.
What is the next step?
Book a centre visit. We will understand your child’s school, routine and support needs before confirming the appropriate arrangement.
